Building on the success of our past Strengthening Days, we are now offering participants the choice to participate online and/or face to face in 2021 (numbers are limited, you can attend both sessions). This is a Better Chances Forum project, supported by Social Futures, YWCA Communities for Children, Northcott and NSW Department of Communities and Justice.

- Opportunity for networking and connection between workers and collaboration across services

- Continue our discussion about how we would like mainstream services to work alongside us and support us – practical things we need and continuing this conversation through the Better Chances Forum.

Momentum Collective are inviting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people to design a piece of artwork to be used for our next Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
A RAP is a strategic document that supports an organisation’s business plan. The RAP Program contributes to advancing the five dimensions of reconciliation.
Momentum is a community collective creating real social change and inclusive opportunities. We help people get a roof, a job, live a better life and engage with the community.
Artwork should represent our vision for reconciliation: Our vision for reconciliation in Australia is one where Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples of this country are returned to a place of equality, dignity and respect, and that we as a nation continue to work to Close The Gap through the recognition of values, beliefs and practices in order to relate and work together more effectively.
