Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Clinical Nurse Specialists Grade 2 dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of children and young people.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 will be employed as a Wellbeing and Health in-reach Nurse (WHIN) Coordinator to facilitate identification of health, wellbeing and social needs and coordination of appropriate early intervention, assessments, and referral to services for school-aged children and young people. The WHIN Coordinator applies their specialist clinical nursing knowledge, experience and skill in providing complex health care coordination for school aged children, young people and their families in identified schools.
