The NSW Department of Customer Service (DCS), Aboriginal Outcomes Unit are returning to Lismore to present our draft Aboriginal Customer Engagement Strategy.
Our meeting follows on from recent community consultations and we would like to share outcomes around:
• Effective customer service and community engagement
• Culturally capable staff and service provider outcomes
• Strengthened relationships and building partnerships with DCS
• Measuring and evaluating targets and success
