Marlene Lauw is a Wiradjuri and Ngunnawal woman and holds specialised skills and knowledge in competency-based training, supervision and workforce development in the area of trauma, healing, family violence, sexual assault and child protection. She has been involved in the development of the NSW Health Aboriginal Family Wellbeing and Violence Prevention Strategy, and has provided mandated training for specialist child protection, sexual assault and Aboriginal family health workers.
