•             Workers don’t need a referral from a doctor, they can self-refer.
•             If they are feeling really anxious or stressed they can visit their doctor, get a mental health care plan with a support psychologist
•             New Access Coach- 6 sessions-for low intensity cognitive behaviour therapy- NewAccess is a free mental health coaching program for anyone who is feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed about everyday life issues. NewAccess is currently only available in parts of ACT, NSW, QLD and VIC.

•             Beyond blue have a Webchat with counsellors available to talk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via phone, webchat and email.
