The Disability Information Helpline is available to answer any questions regarding COVID-19 and for information, advice and referrals. It is available to people with disability as well as families, carers and support workers.
The Helpline is available from Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm (AEDT), excluding national public holidays, by calling 1800 643 787 and can refer people to advocacy, counseling, and other supports they may need.
An online chat option is available via the DSS website. There is a range of accessible resources also available on the DSS website.
