Chris is a counsellor and consultant who specialises in post-traumatic stress, complex developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, adult survivors of childhood abuse, victims of crime, personal skills development and mindfulness.
The focal points of this workshop are:
• Relating to individual, social, organisational, cultural intergenerational and historical systems
• Dissociative states as ‘a creative adaptation to survival’ and the impact of trauma severity on their presentation
• Who is turning up at your agency?
• Which part of our client is present?
• How/why does this matter?
