Many people are very worried about being able to access essential food supplies during the Corona Climate. The current advice is that people should have two weeks’ worth of food supplies in their homes. Here are some ways some vulnerable groups can get groceries at the moment:

COMMUNITY HOUR | COLES & WOOLWORTHS

Elderly and people with disability: Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 7am to 8am

  • customers with a Pensioner Concession Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, State Seniors Cards, or customers aged 60 and over with valid photo identification
  • customers who have a disability
  • Carers, friends and neighbours of these customers with accredited ID cards (e.g. the customers Pension Card /Health Care Card)

Healthcare and Emergency Services Workers: Tuesday and Thursday – 7am to 8am

  • healthcare and emergency services workers who hold an
  • AHPRA card have a workplace ID
  • Are wearing their work uniform
