CHSP services can help in the home with; meals, assistance with shopping and personal care.
In urgent circumstances a new or registered client may contact the CHSP provider directly. However as direct CHSP referrals have a time limit up to 6 weeks, CHSP services required after this time will be referred by My Aged Care contact centre for a RAS or ACAT assessment or review.
