ACON Northern Rivers is seeking a locum Care Coordinator for up to 3 months, commencing in early June to maintain current service delivery.  With current arrangements for online service provisions in place, we would be happy to explore virtual service provision options from a suitably qualified professional outside the Lismore/Northern Rivers area.
