Do you come across distressed people in the community or at work?

Want to know more about how, where and when to find help for mental health concerns?

The Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) has been developed into a program that
promotes mental health education and resources for rural and regional communities on the North Coast.
As the RAMHP Coordinator,
I can provide education and training to individuals, communities and service providers aimed at supporting and linking community members to mental health support. These free courses (online and in person) include:

Community Support Skills (CSS) (1.5 hours)
Workplace Support Skills (WSS) (3 hours)
Wellbeing and You (1 hour)
Volunteer Wellbeing (1.5 hours)

I can work with you through innovative projects, local partnerships, mental health information, tailored advice, and workshops.
