TAFE is seeking passionate people who would like to advance their skills in the Commercial Cookery Industry. This course is in collaboration with the National Indigenous Culinary Institute who can assist you in obtaining an Apprenticeship as a Chef.

This course will cover:
SITHCCC001- Use food preparation equipment
SITHCCC005 – Prepare dishes using basic methods of cookery
SITXFSA001 – Use hygienic practices for food safety
SITXWHS001- Participate in safe work practices
