Stepping On is a free, seven week falls prevention program supporting older people to learn how to reduce their risk of falling and maintain their independence. The program consists of two hour weekly sessions including gentle group exercises and talks from experts.
People aged 65 years and over are eligible for the program (45 years an over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people).
