Building on the success of our past Strengthening Days, we are now offering participants the choice to participate online and/or face to face in 2021 (numbers are limited, you can attend both sessions). This is a Better Chances Forum project, supported by Social Futures, YWCA Communities for Children, Northcott and NSW Department of Communities and Justice.
The Strengthening Days are just for Aboriginal workers and there is no cost to attend. ‘Let’s work together to present our united voice about what we need as Aboriginal workers to support our jarjums and families.’

- Continue our discussion about how we would like mainstream services to work alongside us and support us – practical things we need and continuing this conversation through the Better Chances Forum.
Support Aboriginal staff to participate in this development opportunity. Limited funding available to cover some staff time/backfill to participate (reserved for centres who do not have funding to cover this).
