Please complete the survey and/or pass it on to anyone you think would be interested in contributing. The survey will close at 5pm on Monday 30th November 2020.
In particular we are seeking perspectives of people who represent communities and priority groups including (but not limited to) Aboriginal/First Nations, LGBTIQ+, young people, older people, and men. We would love to hear from people with lived experience of suicidal crisis and families/supporters as well as service providers and community groups/agencies.
The survey is confidential and responses will solely be used for the co-design feedback loop where only aggregate data (not individual responses) will be used to inform the co-design decisions.
