The Clubhouse is reopening on August 3.
The Clubhouse mission is to provide a creative and safe out-of-school learning environment where young people from underserved communities work with adult mentors to explore their own ideas, develop new skills, and build confidence in themselves through the use of technology.
The Clubhouse Lismore is run by Social Futures and is part of a global network of community-based clubhouses around the world.
Young people from 12 to 18 can drop in after school Monday to Thursday between 3:30 pm-6:00 pm to create and learn everything from building robots, coding computer games, 3D printing, virtual reality and more.
