The Family Referral Service (FRS) connects families who need a helping hand, to the support services and community resources which can assist them.

FRS brings together families, support services and community resources so that our children and young people are safe and well.

We can work with families to look at what challenges they are facing and what their support needs are and then we can find the most appropriate services to meet their needs.

If you are a young person or family with children, or an extended family member, we will listen to your needs and connect you to support services and community resources to help.

Access our new referral form through the Social Futures website https://socialfutures.org.au/families-and-children/family-referral-service/
