Trainees trained for your business: Employing a trainee is a cost-effective way to fill a skills gap in your business. A trainee provides you with a motivated and career-driven employee who can be trained for the specific needs of your business, helping increase your bottom line and contribute to sustainable growth.
A trainee can be:
- A new employee
- Someone you already employ
- Traineeships are available to anyone over 15 years of age. Full time trainees work and train for an average of 38 hours a week, while part time trainees work and train for at least 15 hours per week.
