To celebrate NSW Seniors Week, Social Futures and the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program are partnering to bring ‘Wellbeing and You’ workshops to a Northern Rivers library near you.
If you are a carer supporting somebody with dementia or memory loss, these workshops are for you.
We will be delivering sessions around wellbeing and stress and you will learn strategies to find help and take care of yourself. Find a new perspective on your own wellbeing with a workbook filled with tricks, tips and goals.
The sessions are being held in the following locations, with thanks to Richmond Tweed Regional Libraries, Richmond Upper Clarence Regional Library and Clarence Valley Libraries.
